Refund policy

At Divine Direction, we stand behind the quality of our products. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and returns for hoodies:

  1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on all apparel.

  2. No Returns: We do not accept returns on any apparel unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We believe in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues or have concerns about the manufacturing of your hoodie, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exchanges
Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges for hoodies.

Return of Defect
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
